Digital Transformation

Built, deployed and managed the largest North American network of retail digital signage. Negotiated a successful acquisition by a publicly traded entity in the TSX.

1500 Locations, 5000 Screens, and over 300 Premium brands. POS triggers and retail analytics.

Retail Analytics

Two patents, and 20,000 independent pharmacies subscribing to our services. Negotiated a succesful exit to a traded company on the TSX venture.

Patent granted on a data amalgamation device for fragmented Point of Sales Systems. Top three pharmaceutical distributors as clients before exit.

Corporate Transformation

Corporate Transformation projects in Beijing, Prague and Munich. Family owned/managed to Family Owned/professionally managed transitions. Over 50 MIO Euros in turnover, and multiple international locations.

Seed Money and Management

Max Capital Group provided the initial investment and headed further capital raises for the largest independent Out of Home digital network in Los Angeles. To date, Max, through its US operations, manages content and services the network.
